Poorly sourced advertisement edit
My impression from the editing here is that editors are simply copying content from other sources without regard to Wikipedia's content policies.
The solution is to find sources that are both reliable and independent, and work from them. IMDB is not reliable. Primary sources (press releases and the like) may be used with caution, especially when used to expand upon details already verified from the better sources.
WT:FILM is probably the best place to get help for what positions to list (cast, crew, etc), level of detail to include, how much we can rely upon poor and promotional sources, etc. --Ronz (talk) 14:46, 17 August 2017 (UTC)
