Alright. I created this page for no particular reason other than that there was a lot of information about this act floating around on the Web, and I thought I might as well take a stab because it's referenced on quite a few articles I tried creating a collage of all the different weeds but failed miserably due to my nil experience in photoshopping software -- namely Gimp, but I think it would be a nice little touch. Just thought I'd note that I have no idea whether the Secretary for the Environment (etc. etc.) has jurisdiction any more, it just seems natural as the older Ministerial position for Minister of Fisheries (etc. etc.) has dissapeared and been replaced by the Secretary for the Environment position; someone might want to remedy that if they find it important by navigating their way through the officialese jargon in the short annotated section in the actual legislation (first link in External links I believe). I also added summaries of the several species covered, and found that a 'stage 3 fine' was a maximum of one-thousand pounds. Calamitas-92 (talk) 06:35, 25 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
