I found this topic today when doing some poking around for the COTW: Roaring Twenties. I am having a difficult time finding the exact text of this law and/or when it was repealed. Also I don't know if it is more common to refer to this law as the Webb-Haney Act or the Alien Land Law, so someone with a more appropriate background should move this page if necessary.
