Template edit required for elected councillors

Please add colours in required format in table of listed councillors. The red boxes should fill the table information boxes/elements. The shade of red should also be consistent across the table. Please also highlight in blue the councillor who is up for election that year (corresponds to tables below). Template could not be edited as it is protected.
