Expanded information about HD-2 signal/New HD-3 signal

Hello,

I added new information about programs offered on WPLN's HD-2 signal and I also added information about the new HD-3 signal, I believe that the HD-3 signal is a simulcast of WPLN 1430 AM, although WPLN-HD3 FM identifies itself as WPLN FM at the top of the hour.
