Correct shows

Based on WKSI's website, under the "On Air" tab and the Weekends heading, these two edits, [1] and [2], appear to be correct. —Torchiest ^talk_edits 01:10, 5 July 2012 (UTC)

Clear Channel websites don't always show everything a station airs. For example, "Lori", the midday host from sister station WUSQ, is heard on WKSI-FM, though she is not mentioned on WKSI's website. This is typical of most Clear Channel stations. They mention the "big talent", but the "little guys" aren't mentioned. Syndicated shows are rarely mentioned. So what you see on the website is not always what is heard or not heard on the station. Since it is considered OR, I can confirm that Open House Party is aired on WKSI. I live in the Winchester area, while the IP lives in North Carolina. He could be listening online, but I somewhat doubt it. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 06:10, 5 July 2012 (UTC)

Requesting removal of deleted images

Please delete the images File:WKSI Pre2003.png and File:WKSI-FM 2008.jpg. They were deleted from Wikipedia on 7 November 2013 and 29 October 2013. Thanks! - tucoxn\^talk 12:52, 9 December 2013 (UTC)

Revert Requested

Could someone revert the WKSI-FM page back to the previous version, found here. What is on the page currently was added by the anon vandal prior to the page protection. The anon removed all sourced content and replaced it with pure OR. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 17:16, 9 December 2013 (UTC)

OK, chill. What is "wrong" is what you are adding. None of it is sourced according to our rules, according to WP:V, WP:RS, and WP:OR. You have been told that repeatedly, but you continue to edit-war and removed sourced content. If you can source the content you want to add with third-party reliable sources, then it can be added. But at present, none of what you have added is sourced and will not be added.

Continued edit-warring and repeated adding of unsourced content after warnings (like the one above) can and will result in a block. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 16:45, 31 January 2014 (UTC)

Former radio station employee

Please respect the history of this radio station and put back the content. It might not be sourced properly according to Wikipedia guidelines but it is correct. First, I highly doubt you are a "former radio station employee" as your IPs ping from all over Massachusetts (from Boston, to Worcester, to Springfield). Someone who is honestly trying to "perserve the rich history" of a station wouldn't IP hop across the State of Massachusetts.

For the sake of arguement, let's say you are a "former radio station employee". You have been told how you can properly add the information you are wanting to add. You have to source everything with reliable third-party sources (ie: newspapers, TV station articles, books, etc.). If it is from your own personal recollection or from what you may have heard on the station, it can't be added regardless if it is correct, as that is original research and against Wikipedia rules. Everything needs to be verifiable and sourced. Edit-warring will not get anything added, neither will posting stuff like this.

As I said above, if you can source the content, it can be added. If it can't, you are beating a dead horse and wasting the community's time.

Now, you have been told what you need to do and how to do it. If you really want to "perserve the rich history" of the station, then you need to work within the rules, plain and simple. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 07:36, 8 February 2014 (UTC)

Get a life, neutralhomer. The radio station history is correct. I worked there and now live back in Massachusetts as I was transferred within the company. You have deleted the past history and past logos which could be found nowhere else on the internet. It's a shame that you can't follow the rules of this site. These aren't my rules, they are the rules of Wikipedia and apply to everyone. Follow them and the information can be added. • While having a COI doesn't mean someone isn't allowed to edit a given article, it is a kind of red flag to other editors, and we'll pay greater attention to those edits. Content needs to be verified for this article as well as for all other articles. There are no special rules for something with a "rich history"--everyone and everything can have a rich history but the only history we put in these articles are histories that are properly verified.
