False Information edit
Based on the information given in this article, I purchased Sony's Movie Studio Platinum ver.13, intending to install it on my Vista machine. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it requires Windows 7 or later (according to Sony's web site, and also from the refuses-to-load error message).
My endless thanks to whomever posted that this would work on XP and Vista - I now have an $80 disk I cannot use or return.
It was my own stupidity to believe something on Wikipedia without doing further research, but it would be nice to fix this before anyone else gets suckered in. Being inexperienced, I will not attempt to edit this article. Would someone kindly remove these lies and post the correct information?

Version 18 drastically different edit
VEGAS Creative Software has recently stopped developing Movie Studio, so MAGIX made a Movie Studio 18 that's drastically different from version 17. From a screenshot I've seen from a mutual, it looks entirely different, and is not backwards-compatible with older Movie Studio projects.
I believe this information is relatively important to this article and should be included - with appropriate sources of course. SamJoe404 (talk) 06:55, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
