Image:Liz Hurley As Vanessa Kensington.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Doubt whether she was a fembot?

The article says "It has never been established whether the Kensington in the first movie was also a fembot...", but it's said a couple of times in the second film that she had been a fembot "all along" - so it seems pretty established to me... Thrapper (talk) 00:15, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
