This article appears to be written by a closely related party (see the editor's contributions, and look at the contributors to those pages).

The references are limited to a monograph written by a close relation of the subject.

Phrases like "bright and lyrical young talent" and "renowned Belarusian historian-encyclopedist" shouldn't be included in an encyclopedia article unless as quotations from unrelated third parties of standing.
