editUnode is certainly not a term commonly used in C programming. Someone can use it as a variable or type name meaning "user node", but so what? Where did you get your information? I could find zero relevant hits for the first meaning you gave and only very few for the second one (non-notable open source/hobbyist project/concept) from Google.
