Merge to University of Northern Virginia?

Should we merge this article to University of Northern Virginia? The article contains no material that indicates its notability separate from its parent organization, whose own notability was recently discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/University of Northern Virginia. This is one of the mysterious wonders of Wikipedia templates. For me, it's often hard tell what effect a template will have (partly because some templates call up other templates), much less override the default behavior. --Orlady (talk) 03:34, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
