I moved the class rating up to "start" because it has adequate information that can be used by future editors to expand the article. I would like to see section headers, perhaps one for each expansion. I believe a brief description of the designation process would be good. Pknkly (talk) 23:08, 9 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
