article needs heavy review if not rewrite from scratch edit

Its "history" is full of future references and a lot of it remains outdated. Relevance of most of the article is highly questionable. Would suggest someone do a complete overhaul. Famartin (talk) 04:25, 7 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
