Hamdok/Hamdouk edit
If Hamdok/Hamdouk becomes Prime Minister, chances are an article on him will be needed. It would probably be justified without waiting, even if he doesn't become PM - he seems to be a significant African administrator/intellectual. Apart from links already in the TMC (2019) article (view source or edit the References section), some others include:
- a long UNECA "thank you" CV
- another "likely PM" ref
- university degrees and employment career
- career including dates
- POV on African food insecurity and prospects for science and technology based improvements
- September 2018 refusal to become minister in al-Bashir govt
