BRDC notice of death edit

This article on the BRDC website is from a solid source, but it's rather misleading. Marsh was indeed "a three-times Hill-Climb Champion and also Grand Prix racer in the 1960s", but he also won three titles and drove in GPs (albeit in F2 cars) in the 1950s.
