Fair use rationale for Image:BridgeWater.jpg

Image:BridgeWater.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

other things to mention

(1)Key to the recording is the haunting, heavenly sounding background choir sound (undoubtedly mostly overlay -- I think I hear Art in there). Any word as to how they did it, and who else may have been on it?

(2)Several ads of that time did a very obvious imitation of the background choir sound -- not using the song, but ripping it off soundwise. Take that as sincere flattery.

(3)The big bang drum in Boxer and BOTW shows up here too, in a feebler version.

RE: Point 1 above and section regarding echo chamber in main article: I recently heard an interview with Simon & Roy Halee describing the recording process for this song saying that their voices (recorded in Columbia echo chamber) were over-dubbed 12-14 times.
