No receipts?

edit

This statement is undocumented and on its face ridiculous. No one paid to see it? It was pretty controversial at the time; surely the controversy caused someone to drop the $1.75 or so that it was back then for a ticket. That the film was not a "hit" is certain; that it didn't recoup production costs seems likely, but this needs to be documented rather than just boldly asserted. 75.200.72.68 (talk) 00:41, 19 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. I tagged it as "citation needed". If nothin' is produced, I'll try to come back and just cut it. Thanks. Ale And Quail (talk) 20:35, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
I see that the no-receipts statement still appears. I will delete it. John Link (talk) 03:34, 16 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Editorializing in synopsis

edit

The final two paragraphs of the Plot Synopsis read more like film criticism, though no sources are cited for its conclusions. 184.98.136.222 (talk) 09:19, 6 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, that stood out badly. I cut those paragraphs. Ale And Quail (talk) 20:29, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
