The exhibition was not about "degenerate art"
editThe content of the article is wrong: while there were several famous exhibitions about degenerate art, the exhibition "The Eternal Jew" focussed on the discredition of judaism in general. There was no exhibition with works of Max Beckmann, Ernst Kirchner and Emil Nolde in the context of "The Eternal Jew". This exhibtion was much more sinister and prepared the grounds to the Kristallnacht. For more correct information about The Eternal Jew see the german Wikipedia version.
