Clean-up appears complete to me, if no one disagrees, I will remove the tag on July 3, 2006. Stillstudying Max 12:35, 30 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

irony?

edit

Why is it "an inescapeable irony" that the protagonist uses violence in the movie? Aren't there droves of such movies/books around? First Blood being the perfect example in this context. Maybe I don't know something about the background of the movie itself, but the theme of the movie isn't "Ghandi", it's "If backed into a corner, I'll fight". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.173.240.130 (talk) 23:45, 7 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

"Born Losers" or "The Born Losers"?

edit

The article seems to use both; at a quick glance, i couldn't find any explanation in the article for why the title would sometimes include the word "The" and sometimes not. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.17.203.83 (talk) 23:06, 20 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • AFI Catalog lists it as "The Born Losers" - now corrected Sudiani (talk) 23:02, 15 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

authorship?

edit

The credits in the film show Elizabeth James as the scriptwriter and the article refers to her as "co-scriptwriter". However, many other sources refer to Tom Laughlin as the author. Does anyone know which is correct? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.164.179.218 (talk) 07:37, 25 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
