This article was "no consensus" (default to keep) in a recent AfD. In my opinion, in its current state, it has significant problems that must be addressed. These include misclassification of her appointment (she is a lecturer, not a professor), numerous statements supported by unacceptable sources (e.g. blogs and other web ephemera), undue listing of obscure awards (again supported by webcruft), lots of PUFF, and undue inclusion of external links. Since the AfD was somewhat controversial, I thought it would be better to describe the problems in detail, along with proposed fixes, rather than simply going at it straightaway. Comments?
