- The link you provided says the text is copyrighted "© 2002 – 2007 Last.fm Ltd". I cannot find any indication that Last.fm is under the GFDL. Their terms and conditions seem to say differently. - Regarding the speedy deletion, he doesn't meet the criteria as there are some sources from organisations such as the BBC [2]. He's also worked closely with Shy FX a lot, who is one of the larger names in DnB (although I know that this doesn't nessecarily indicate notability on its own).
