Too close to source text edit
I found one section where the sentences were word-for-word match with Zaloga. And nearby sentences had phrases that were very close. I think the whole article should be checked to make sure that the text is not just Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing and that there can't be any allegations of copyvio.
