I've moved this article from "Syunik (historic province)" to "Syunik (historical province)". This is because the words "historic" and "historical" have distinctive meanings, and the latter is more appropriate. I believe that this move should be uncontroversial (it is relating to linguistics). I also moved the article "Artsakh (historic province)" to "Artsakh (historical province)" just a moment ago.
