Claim seat "has since 1970 frequently flipped" between parties

In the political history section it says this is "a marginal seat which has since 1970 frequently flipped between electing Conservative and Liberal/Liberal Democrat candidates". However I think the use of frequently here is debatable, as it has only changed hands 4 times in these 50 years (and 9 general elections and 1 by-election). More over there have been long periods of party holds - Conservative for 23 years and six consecutive wins between 1974 and 1997 and Lib Dem for 18 years and four consecutive wins 1997-2015. Compare with Eastbourne which has alternated between Conservative and Lib Dem at the last five elections. Dunarc (talk) 19:54, 16 January 2020 (UTC)
