Page Update

Hi All. Just a quick note for people the Stirling Albion F.C. page and related pages are being updated, over the next few days. I would like to appologise if there are any little mistakes or no referances as I am currently working on these. thanks and sorry again

Underconstruction I have placed this on the page as currently I am trying to sort the article out by getting all the links checked and also I am trying to improve the information. You can help if you want but please can you write a wee bit about your edit, just so I don't destroy it.

Page issues

Hi Gorillamusic

To follow up the comments you left on my talkpage.....

• There's still a lot of POV language in there e.g. "an uninspiring team" in paragraph 1.3 or "the incredible form of 36-year old veteran striker, Paddy Connolly" in paragraph 1.5. It's your personal opinion that the 1970s team was uninsiring and that Connolly's form was incredible, but another fan might completely disagree. All descriptions should be written in a purely neutral tone. In paragraph 1.3, for instance, you could change it to "Relegation to Division 2 in 1981 almost killed the club as the team struggled under manager Alex Smith and dwindling gates led the club to the brink of bankruptcy" - no POV there.
• Section headings are still using unnecessary capitals - it should be "Club records" not "Club Records", etc
• Paragraph 1.5 still contains the sentence "This successful run has seen the Binos climb to 2nd place in the Second Division and leave them in with a great chance of promotion", which is completely out of date
• You've still got "Stirling Albion" in bold in three places - only the very first sentence should have the name in bold. Also, the club's nicknames should not be in bold.

YoYo's

--The yoyo's was used back in the 60/70's era of SAFC. The term is not been used in recent years. But to verify it go to stirlingalbion.com and contact the editor there also this was published in the press around the 60/70s as I found out throung my research.
