Destiny Train? edit

I came across this sentence in the article which has me completely stumped.

Certain Stevenage fans were then roundly taunted since it was now impossible for "Destiny to take over" as the Train had crashed in Cambridge

Does this mean something to Stevenage fans that I'm missing as a York fan? Is it vandalism? If the former, it probably wants explaining. 82.163.43.10 (talk) 09:51, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

did the ball cross the line? edit

If the ball "clearly ... didn't cross the line" then there should be a citation, right? If it was "clear" then there's a newspaper report somewhere, a video on YouTube, or something. I'm striking that sentence. Zerologic 23:00, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

We could try and find a picture of the incident to add to the page. Govvy 10:34, 21 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Or a link. But it needs some kind of outside confirmation before you can say that it clearly wasn't a goal. Zerologic 21:57, 21 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. I shouldn't have put it back in. It is merely a disputed goal and i doubt video of it is availible but I will try

Video of the incident is available on YouTube. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.24.178.36 (talk) 12:12, 7 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Pictures. edit

Maybe someone could take some pictures of a match there and of the stadium. We can then add them to this page and the stadium page. Govvy 20:02, 24 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Honours? edit

are you guys sure there aren't more honours the club has won compared to what is listed already? Govvy 14:43, 23 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Definately sure DestinyTrain (talk) 22:41, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

No history? edit

I think we need to add some history to this article. Especially the latest news, http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/s/stevenage/7071851.stm Govvy 13:51, 1 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Page move edit

I can't help but think that the page move was a little premature, as according to the article they aren't changing the name until next month. Not too bothered though as long as events prior to the change still refer to the club as Stevenage Borough. AnemoneProjectors 11:37, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
