Clearly a small rural community council is unlikely to meet Wikipedia's notability requirements, but as a populated area the community itself will easily pass. As an alternative to deletion, I've re-written the intro (again) and reorganised the article. Sionk (talk) 15:22, 7 May 2022 (UTC)
