removed prod

I removed the prod tag. The party do get some google hits (mainly newspaper pieces that are unavailable today), was registered and contested elections. Notably its important to disambiguate between the group and the PCS. I'm not saying that this is was a major political force, but i suggest keeping the article on the grounds of WP:PAPER. Its a bit odd, but the BOC link indicates that it had a list for the regional elections in 1995. --Soman (talk) 15:48, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
