Societe Generale de Banque au Liban S.A.L. (SGBL, Arabic: بنك سوسيتيه جنرال في لبنان), founded in 1953, is a Lebanese commercial bank. It is a subsidiary of Sehnaoui SGBL Group[1] which operates in Lebanon, and offers banking services in the Middle East (Lebanon, Jordan), The Gulf Cyprus, (UAE) and Europe.[2] (Cyprus, France and Monaco).
Antoun Sehnaoui is its Chairman and CEO.[3]

CSR & Sustainable Development Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development have been an integral part of SGBL’s identity for many years, mainly based on four pillars: Culture, Society, Sports [7] and Economic Growth [8]. SGBL Group is also aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations undertaking and supporting many initiatives to positively contribute toward SDG 4, 5, 8, 11 and 17.
{Remove} Allegations[edit source] A report by a local newspaper alleged that Société Générale (France) has exited SGBL because it considers it a bank that has many issues with management and other related stuff. SGBL said that Société Générale (France) is still one of its shareholders.
- Reason for the change: we have noticed that some of the information was wrong and the allegations part does not reflect in any way the current situation of the bank noting that we have shared with you the main shareholders.

Done with edits. Anything that does not meet WP:NPOV was not included in the updates (see the strikethroughs). The link for reference [6] generated a page error, so I used this instead. I did not include reference [8] because it does not specify SBBL's other three pillars. I revised and renamed the allegations section; that information in conjunction with the lead and CSR sections contributes to the neutral point of view tone, which is the goal for Wikipedia articles.
