In 'Voice Imput Child Indenticant,' is it supposed to be spelled 'Imput' or is this a typo?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.196.152.192 (talk) 15:46, 4 July 2004 (UTC)Reply

This show was terrible! It's too bad that can't be included in the article! Newager 16:41, 29 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

well please expand the article and also give more info on the actors.i think ted lawson's wife was extremely pretty.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.92.139.142 (talk) 09:12, 18 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

The show was very popular in India--even dubbed into Hindi. Anyone got detaisl on that?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.232.10.194 (talk) 01:50, 1 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

The show was kind of creepy to watch sometimes. When VICI had a problem, the father character would turn her around and start to undress her, opening her dress to expose her back to get at the panel.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.40.216.242 (talk) 22:49, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Where's the source that verifies this show was canceled due to poor ratings? I thought that it consistantly got pretty high ratings. A spin off was even planned based on VICI's evil alter ego.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.90.125.123 (talk) 10:01, 24 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Error in this article

edit

In the section entitled "Criticism" it states:

In 2002, Robert Blanco, TV critic for USA Today, listed it as a contender for one of the worst TV shows of all time.

referencing this article: http://www.usatoday.com/community/chat/2002-04-29-bianco.htm

Reading this article, Robert Blanco does not make this statement. A reader emails him asking him which is the worst sitcom of all time. He responds by saying that, although Small Wonder was bad, Hogan's Heros was much worse. In fact he says as Small Wonder was a syndicated show it does not count.

I am removing this section and the reference as it is inaccurate.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.18.154.2 (talk) 19:10, 21 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

The BBC list of comedy shows given as a reference and a citation does not include the quote attributed to it. In fact the show is not referenced at all as the list is composed entirely of BBC productions. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.46.10.31 (talk) 04:37, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Information Consistency Problem

edit

In the section entitled "Premise" it states:

V.I.C.I.'s features include superhuman strength and speed, an AC outlet under her right arm, a parallel port under her left arm, and an access panel in her back.

Further down the page in the section entitled "Characters" it states:

Vicki has an access panel in her back, an electric socket in her right armpit, and an RS-232 serial port under her left armpit.

A parallel and a serial port are 2 different kids of ports that differ in look and operation. I am not certain which one is correct, or if both of them are (which I doubt), but I would recommend this be researched and corrected. If both are correct, I would recommend mentioning both ports in both sections. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Melissagirl (talkcontribs) 20:25, August 24, 2007 (UTC)

he whole fucking section smacks to me of weirdness. I don't know how to tag that.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.87.0.57 (talk) 11:16, 18 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

AS OF OCT - 27 2007

1 make something of this page. it's not bad in a number of ways. the information is there with regard to characters, plot and production. but much of it is disorganized and sloppy in its presentation, repeated throughout and/or lacking proper grammer and syntax. over the next weeks I plan to clean it up. again, there's a lot of good info, but it needs reworking and sourcing.
2 the science fiction edge needs to be exploited. i've added Robotics and AI language as well links in order to give this page a little relevance. These additions are not out of context or distracting because they highlight much of the show's circumstances.
3 I've added examples from actual episodes to support the Plot Description and will be developing a databse of ALL past episides similiar, but not as extensive to what other sitcom articles include (eg seinfeld, friends, etc....)
4 this show needs to be added to the sciene fiction television list as well as link to other appropriate resources.
5 this discussion page needs organization too. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Usernamism (talkcontribs) 10:07, 27 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Smallwondercast.jpg

edit

Image:Smallwondercast.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 05:24, 24 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Did the producers of Small Wonder sue the creaters/producers of Karishma ka Karishma, an Indian remake of the series? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.183.164.255 (talk) 16:39, 7 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

One can't help wondering if the Japanese comic strip and cartoon series about an inventor who creates his own robot daughter, Arale, some years before had any influence on this show? (178.236.117.122 (talk) 12:42, 7 May 2013 (UTC))Reply
