As I understand it, a person with dual citizenship in the US and another country is not eligible for a security clearance. If this can be verified, it should be included. On the other hand, there are certainly foreign nationals (e.g. military officers from friendly countries) who have access to secret information. If the information is available, it would be good to add something about the process for granting aliens security clearance.Bill (talk) 01:32, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

It is possible for people holding dual US/foreign citizenship to obtain a security clearance, it may just take a while. I worked with someone who held both US and French passports with a Secret clearance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.5.205.180 (talk) 00:01, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Though this investigation is used as part of a basis for granting certain levels of clearance, it is not a clearance itself. I don't know what it might have to do with foreign nationals(?) -- Brettpeirce (talk) 21:17, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

SCI Q

The opening line says "SCI Q Access" as if they're related. SCI is a DoD access program, Q clearance is DoE, so this statement is just nonsense. The sentence also mentions TS CAPs, but I've never heard of a TS exclusive CAP.
