Accessibility of the consonant inventory edit

The current consonant inventory uses color to convey which phonemes belong to which dialects. See MOS:COLOR for information about this. There are a few ways this could be resolved:

  1. Add a footnote to phonemes present in only one variety.
  2. Create two separate tables one for each variety.

These may make it harder for sight abled people to tell at a glance so color information can be used as a secondary way of conveying the information. However it should use still use high contrast colors in accordance with MOS:COLOR. The current gold on grey used can make it difficult for some to read the characters.
