Expansion
editI think this article needs more substance and a few more examples, possibly something about how cars reduce shift time and some external links to related sites?James086 02:24, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Missing citation Clio RS 200
editI added a citation for the Clio RS EDC 200's shift time. However, the reference I found was for the Clio Renaultsport 200 *Turbo* EDC. In addition http://www.renaultsportf1.com/New-Clio-R-S-200-EDC-a-la-carte.html?lang=en indicates that the 150ms only applies to "Race" drive mode. I hope someone more knowledgeable can sort this out. - Found a non-turbo reference. SesquiZed (talk) 18:41, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
VW DSG
editPlease do not add the Volkswagen DSG or any other transmission shift time of 8 milliseconds. While this is reported in many places, it is physically impossible and not an accurate value. There is no known documentation from VW or Audi or anywhere showing proof with data. Inferno1zx (talk) 20:57, 26 January 2023 (UTC)
