Meaning
editThe translation into (in English) of Shi'ur Qomah is wrong: it's meaning is "measure of the body" (stature) and not bombastic paraphrases such as "elevation gate" or "divine dimensions".--Monozigote (talk) 10:13, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
- The word קומה means height or stature, it does not mean "body". So if you are going for a direct translation rather than a literary translation it would be "Measure of the Stature" or "Measure of the Height" or "Measure of the Dimensions" or something of the like.. not "Measure of the Body" BrooklynHabiru (talk) 03:08, 26 April 2023 (UTC)
