one sided edit

This is a very one-sided biography. Some of it is cut-and-paste from Center for the Study of Carbon Dioxide and Global Change (http://www.co2science.org/about/president.php), an Idso family operation (Sherwood and his sons Craig and Keith) supported at least in part by the Western Fuels Association. The Idsos have been global change deniers since way back. In the early '90s Sherwood was one of the major mouthpieces in the "documentary" "The Greening of Planet Earth" put out by the Western Fuels Association.

I'm not suggesting that this biography should slam Sherwood Idso, just that it should be more balanced. It reads like something he — or someone who admires him very much — would write himself. Given his deep involvement in a current, important issue, a more balanced approach would be appropriate. Social Norm (talk) 10:01, 27 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Calling somebody a Change Denier is a grevious personal attack. It has no place in an encyclopedia of any sort.--Damorbel (talk) 15:55, 28 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Bullshit. In most cases, such as this one, it is simply a correct description. --Hob Gadling (talk) 08:39, 30 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
