Contains Chinese text template
editI've removed the Chinese character infobox. The rule of thumb is that if the article depends heavily on Chinese text then the {{Contains Chinese text}} should be used. Where there is reasonable expectation that Chinese characters would appear, as is the case with a former Chinese town, then it isn't necessary. Beyond the lead, the article body contains no Chinese characters such that the template is just unnecessary clutter. Philg88 ♦talk 07:02, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
