The article states, as on June 30th, 2010, that the medal in question "was only awarded with swords". However, it also states "'The award could be conferred with swords for valour in combat, and without swords for non-combat awards.'"
These statements, as evident, are self contradictory. I will try to find out the correct information. However, it seems that somebody has copied the text from a similar article pertaining to another medal awarded by the same authorities; and has neglected to remove the statement.
