I'm proposing that this page is merged with Northern Xinjiang railway since as far as I can tell, there is no new route. The existing railway was double-tracked. I think it would be clearer to simply cover the double-tracking in the main article.NemesisAT (talk) 10:54, 7 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
