Alternative names

edit

I am confused by the list of alternative names for this place listed in the note. The note lists the names Scolacium, Scylacium, Scolatium, Scyllaceum, Scalacium, Scylaeium, Minervium, and Colonia Minervia for alternative Latin names as well as two Greek names. The note references the 'notes' for Map 46 of the Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman World. However, I only see "Scylletium/Scolacium" listed on the map itself and those two names as well as "Scylaeium" listed in the Map-By-Map Directory (Volume I, page 700). This would presumably be the 'notes' alluded to. Since only a few of the names are listed in the Barrington sources I have seen, where are the other alternative names listed?-Schnurrbart (talk) 19:18, 8 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
