External Links edit

Someone keeps adding links to the SCET mailserver in the external links section. Please refrain from doing so- this is not beneficial to the Wikipedia and certainly nothing good can come to such widespread attention for your mailserver.

Please refrain from deleting this page again. If you disagree with my point, discuss it here. DevanJedi 06:03, 23 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Verve edit

Utscursh keeps adding the article on Verve to this page, which is both prone to vandalism and not conforming to WP:NPOV --BruiseLee 08:19, 17 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

VERVE section - post AfD closure edit

Since Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/VERVE-SCET reached the consensus to merge and redirect VERVE-SCET to SCET, the VERVE section is required, and so does its clean-up which is badly needed. --ΜιĿːtalk 09:32, 20 March 2006 (UTC)eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaSCsaReply

I do not believe a poorly written section is required. My last edit was a cleanup. I put VERVE-SCET up for deletion so I know all about that verdict and I actually went to this college so I know what Verve really is. Now allow me to clean it up. DevanJedi 14:39, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
This looks fair enough as a section, thank you (the last one was like a reference hidden somewhere in some para). Anyway, consider that VERVE-SCET is not deleted, but is retained as a Redirect. This requires to have a visible section on the page, and that is what Stifle tried to achieve by merging the respective section post AfD. Hope this is clear enough to you now. --ΜιĿːtalk 15:05, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

File:Scet logo.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion edit

An image used in this article, File:Scet logo.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request
