This page should not be speedily deleted because... (The reason given for deletion was that the article was not put through WP:AfC. I do not believe new articles are required to go through AfC, and I have autopatrolled status at any rate. The subject (in my view) has a credible claim to significance in it being the first brewery on Santorini, and the article cites a number of WP:RS; more could be cited if I had the time, as a quick search turns up more results that describe the brewery.
