I am unable to find any sources that state the governor has promulgated the congressional act, nor any indication that it has been published in the state gazette. If there are no sources this and all related pages should reflect the pending status in Sonora. Andrew1444 (talk) 12:55, 28 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
