This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it is a page about an important emerging UK writer. There are no press quotes included, which I could have used, to promote any of the works listed on the page, it is all purely factual info about what work she has created so far and what awards she has won and been nominated for, I don't see what is promotional about this as there is nothing to promote except to allow people to know her body of work. Please let me know what is promotional about it and I will attempt to rectify.

It is blatantly promotional. There is next to no personal information, just a list of credits.
Presumably she was born... somewhere... on some date... to some parents... grew up somewhere... attended school somewhere... has relatives... brothers? sisters? Etc., etc.
It reads like a cv or job application, not a biographical encyclopaedia article.
