Possible birth and death dates
editI found a Facebook post which gives a biography of Kolkebail by his daughter. In it, his birth date is given as 28 April 1911 and his death date as 29 August 1994 -https://www.facebook.com/groups/buntscommunityworlwide/posts/10159784945817445/.
