Lochte gate

When talking about the Lochte gate, it never discusses any of lochte's apologies that he has said or has send out to the public. This Lochte gate sounds like its taking a negative position and that lochte was sorry about what he did. Which in fact he was. Lochte said in an interview that he takes full responsibility of the outcome and that he is very sorry for tainting Brazils image during the olympics. It was never mentioned that lochte left Brazil quickly to avoid Brazilian prosecution, and that the other 3 swimmers were pulled off their plane before they took off. If the article would add some of the positive aspects of lochte's actions after the incident, the article will steer a little farther away from its negative portrayal of Lochte's aftermath and interviews. I wouldn't say that the lochte gate is biast, but I would add information like: lochte appologizing on many platforms, his willingness to leave the past behind him on DWTS, his new sponsorship and how he wants to leave the old behind him and start fresh. Comment: in the last paragraph of the Lochtegate section, the first sentence does indeed address Lochte's apology, and it is sourced. ArchieOof (talk) 18:11, 20 February 2019 (UTC)
I don't see leaving the country quickly to avoid legal accountability as a positive. I also don't find his "willingness to leave the past behind" to be a positive thing for him. Of course he wanted to change the subject from an incident where he was highly criticized. That sounds more like a PR move than a sign of deep personal remorse. Please make more specific changes or point to reliable sources. Knope7 (talk) 18:18, 20 February 2019 (UTC)
