Splitting the article into one on the house, one on the man? edit

Would not there be sufficient justification on having an independent article on Ruben M. Benjamin. As I see it, the current article is half about the owner, half about the house, which is slightly curious to say the least. -- Cimon Avaro; on a pogostick. 10:01, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thought about it, just didn't seem like there was enough info to do that, why break things up now, when the article on the house gets longer, yeah, for sure. Why does that seem "curious"? It seemed like adherence to WP:SUMMARY to me. IvoShandor 10:36, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
I feel people are too quick to give an article to anything. I find so many crappy articles, just because they feel there needs to be one. I say, once the article gets longer, I would maybe then split it, have a small section to Ruben, with a main article link to his own. This can be done down the road.--Kranar drogin 11:04, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well, I was thinking about writing about fictional portrayals of Ruben Benjamin, but that would feel kind of silly in an article about his house... -- Cimon Avaro; on a pogostick. 21:21, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well, I mean if you have something, go ahead and split it off. I don't have a problem with it, we can reorganize this and then summarize Mr. Benjamin here with a link pointing to {{main article}}. The only reason I didn't do it is because I didn't really think I had enough information to do more than create two stubs, seemed dumb to separate such closely related material until we had more, which it seems we do. I had no idea he was portrayed in fiction, in what? IvoShandor 05:58, 26 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
On a related note, you don't know anything more about the house do you? IvoShandor 05:59, 26 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
