Walford And ALS edit
The Wikipedia article on caloric restriction has an excellent and even-handed section on the possible connection between Walford's ALS and his own calorie restriction. Removal of 120 Year Diet section edit

Bestseller? edit
In the Published Works section it is stated that Walford’s book, Beyond the 120-Year Diet, was a bestseller. No source confirms that. In 2006, New York Magazine reported that the book was in its 5th printing[1], but that doesn’t tell us how many copies had been printed or sold. Each printing might have been a few thousand copies.
