Pragmatically there is little doubt this is associated with the Roots School System; though the precise nature of the relationship seems unclear. In the Roots Ivy Schools website [[1]] there is clear association of "Roots Ivy School" with "Roots School System" albeit with a different possible branding angle. Equally perhaps this page [2] on the the Roots School System website indicates the indirectly to an extent the relationship.
