titular bishop edit

This is not the way the phrase is used. Titular bishop means "bishop of a see that no longer exists as a see" - in this case he holds the title but has been impeded from taking the seat. As is clear from Wikipedia policies, all material must be verifiable in reliable secondary sources. Especially contentious assertions. Please do not edit war or insert your own personal opinion in this article, or you will be blocked. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 20:56, 23 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Jim1138: evidently we both missed false information inserted back in July. I just followed the sources linked and verified that they did not support the assertions in the final paragraph of the "Leadership" section.
