This is evidently a misreading of Quebec Writers' Federation: Previous QWF Award Winners, which includes for the year 2000:
- Translation
- Claire Dé
- Montréal Barbare
- Les Éditions Des Intouchables, From City Of Forgetting by Robert Majzels, (Mercury Press)
That is an award to Claire Dé for her translation of (apparently) one story from Majzels' book from English to French. I'm deleting this bullet item. -- Thnidu (talk) 20:16, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
